

Shelagh is a licensed veterinarian. She has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery in Northern New Jersey for most of her career. She has seen first hand the devastation that vector borne diseases such as Lyme disease, Anaplasmosis, and Heartworm disease have had on her patients. Throughout her veterinary education Shelagh completed doctorate level parasitology courses, and is extremely knowledgeable about the biology and life cycle of ticks, fleas and mosquitos. Shelagh is a proud member of the Veterinary Botanical Medicine Association.
